- excess flow device prevents gas escape in case of damage or if the hose assembly becomes detached, and blocks the gas flow, as soon as the nominal flow rate is exceeded by 10%
- adapter with plug-in fitting STN on one side for easy disconnection of the hose assembly
- a special device makes the SKU-QR quick coupler tamperproof – decoupling is only possible with the standardised STN plug-in fitting
- the gas flow is shut off when decoupling
- the ergonomic and non-slip handle makes the SKU-QR quick coupler easy to hold in the hand and enables easy coupling and/or decoupling
- the sealing plug prevents the penetration of dirt particles or insects when the SKU-QR quick coupler is not in use
- single fittings with DIN-DVGW and/or DVGW [German Association of Gas and Water] type test certificate or EU type examination certificate GGV
- The gas equipment must have a low pressure regulator for gas cartridges with a connecting thread 7/16-28 UNEF F according to EN 417, 1-20 UNEF F or GAZ.
- The SKU-QR quick coupler does not serve as a permanant shutt-off device, but must always be used in connection with a shut-off valve (e.g. the cylinder valve).
