Die Heizleistung erzeugen zwei PTC-Widerstände mit Stromregelung, die eine Leistungsanpassung bewirken. Wird am Behälterregler, z. B. durch stark sinkende Temperaturen Wärme entzogen, heizt der PTC-Widerstand sofort nach. Ist keine Wärme mehr nötig, regelt dieser wieder zurück.
