Comfort also during the journey

GOK presents own Caramatic line

Marktbreit, August 2019 – On the occasion of the Caravan Salon, GOK will show the new gas regulation devices Caramatic DriveOne and DriveTwo for the first time. They allow heating also while driving with the leisure vehicle. Furthermore, the company will present the newly developed quick-acting stop valves and distributor valves for the regulation of the gas flow.

The gas regulation devices DriveOne (for one-cylinder systems) and DriveTwo (for two-cylinder systems) of the Caramatic line have a so-called crash sensor which allows the gas supply during the journey with the leisure vehicle. In line with this, GOK introduce the high pressure hose assembly
Caramatic ConnectDrive with excess flow valve as well as the gas filter Caramatic ConnectClean.
All these components for the safe gas supply were produced previously by GOK for the company Truma in Putzbrunn. After the end of the partnership between the two companies, GOK develop and manufacture the Caramatic line themselves and exclusively in Germany - thus: 100 per cent “Made in Germany”. Europe-wide distribution is also made through the GOK headquarters in Marktbreit, Germany.

Besides the solutions for heating during the journey, not to forget components for the stationary operation of gas heating, refrigerator and the like, for example, the changeover valves Caramatic SwitchTwo and Caramatic ProTwo as well as the Pre-pressure regulator type DE 50/30 to reduce the operating pressure from 50 to 30 mbar.

The pressure is still high
Just under 60 percent less pressure loss - this is the result of comparison tests of the new quick-acting stop valve type DSV and comparable models of other manufacturers. The valve is available in different versions for various pipe dimensions. With its identical structural design, it can be easily integrated into existing or new systems. In addition, the ergonomic handle ensures simple handling and easy recognition of the open or closed position.

The distributor valve type DSV-AB with up to four valves also has these features. Comparative tests have shown that the GOK distributor valves cause more than a third less pressure loss than similar models. The new valve line will be available on the market from September 2019.
