GOK supports THW Ochsenfurt with 7,200 euros
15 Dec 2025Wherever unexpected events require fast and reliable action, the Technisches Hilfswerk (THW) Ochsenfurt is on hand. To ensure that the volunteer helpers can carry out their tasks even more effectively in the future, GOK Regler- und Armaturen-Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG is supporting the local association this year with a donation of 7,200 euros.
Instead of giving Christmas presents to customers, GOK has traditionally donated to organisations or initiatives from the region. This year, the choice was deliberately made in favour of THW Ochsenfurt – in recognition of its indispensable work and the great commitment shown by its volunteers.
The donation will be used to purchase a new grab and holding bucket for the existing telescopic loader. What may sound highly technical has a direct impact in the field: the bucket will enable THW to safely pick up and move larger quantities of loose material, rubble or construction elements in the future – for example after severe weather events, fires or other emergencies in the region.
This was particularly pleasing for GOK: the handover of the donation took place during this year’s company Christmas party. Company owner Dieter Kleine, designated successor Evelyn Kleine, and managing directors Andreas Brohm and Manuel Stöcker presented a symbolic donation cheque to a delegation from THW Ochsenfurt consisting of Philipp Mall, Bernhard Grohme, Christian Englert and Stefan Stierhof.
“We greatly appreciate the enormous commitment of the volunteers, who often help where help is urgently needed with considerable personal dedication. This work deserves respect – and our support,” emphasised GOK’s management.
GOK would like to sincerely thank all the helpers of THW Ochsenfurt for their important work and their contribution to safety in the region.
